Picnic with our four schools

Our end of the year picnic with our four schools was a great occasion to see each other and share a delicious meal. Everyone participated in the meal. The topic of conversation was the political situation now that there is a unity government.

The consequences for Gaza are not good at this point as all the government employees are left without salaries. Still we had a nice day together from 10 am to 4 pm. The following day we made preparations for our workshop which will be held in early August for the 18 teachers in our schools.
With transportation being expensive I tried taking the train to Jerusalem and found that it cost much less despite making the trip an hour longer. I was still home for evening Mass.
