The War is again making life difficult, no one can go out. Deaths of friends are heard about daily. The telephones are still working. Therefore Sabah, Wessel and our friends in the four pre-schools are preparing to have water and food parcels ready for 300 families in the four regions where our schools are located.
Food did get into the Gaza Strip during the last cease fire so the shops are stocked again and the prices are more reasonable. Some families need other items urgently, so they will be given some cash to purchase these things. Those needing medicine will be receiving them also.
We know that you are with us as we pray for a permanent cease fire. In turn the homeless know that the world is not indifferent to their suffering. Thank you for sharing in our mission to these ones dealing with all kinds of loss and are tempted to despair.Sister Susan
